Joint Crisis Cabinet -
India vs Pakistan War Cabinet

The Joint Crisis Committees (JCC): India vs Pakistan is an unconventional yet specialized committee; in which the committee is divided into two distinct blocs which are simulated and run independently, yet operate on the same issue and timeline. It consists of two subcommittees whose decisions and actions immediately affect the perpetual crisis at hand, thus providing for an experience like no other. The ritual raising of placards is replaced with international espionage, fast-paced decision-making, and incessant debates; all aimed to destroy the ideological enemy.   Joint Cabinet Crisis operates in a more fast paced and dynamic manner with each delegate representing a character within a historical time period rather than a nation.

Moot Court

Moot court is an extracurricular activity in which participants take part in simulated court or arbitration proceedings, usually involving drafting memorials or memoranda and participating in oral argument.

Moot court involves a simulated appellate court (appellate advocacy) or arbitral case, which is different from a mock trial that involves a simulated bench trial (trial advocacy). Moot court does not involve actual testimony by witnesses, cross-examination, or the presentation of evidence, but is focused solely on the application of the law to a common set of evidentiary assumptions, facts, and clarifications/corrections to which the competitors are introduced.
